Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. INTERNATIONALS SHIPPING TAX

If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the express cost you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. MILITARY ADDRESS

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. All the orders and orders with high value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, DANRRIO will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
